I had a wonderful time with my family at a beautiful resort located in a serene area. the staff were friendly and always willing to make us comfortable. the rooms were greatly furnished and the interiors were impeccable. the hot, pot experience was amazing, and the delicious meals, especially the breads, were a delight. the facilities were top, notch, with remote, controlled blinds and lighting in the room.

The bathroom lacked proper shower covering or shower doors, which led to water on the floor after taking a shower.

The pool was nice and clean and the gym equipment was new and well-maintained. the staff were friendly and always willing to help. the hotel was situated close to a shopping mall and cinema, which was convenient for entertainment.

The New Year's Eve party was a disaster. the music was too loud and the DJ was not skilled.
